Sweepstakes will be updated quarterly when the Dutch Reporter is published.
2010 Sweepstakes Standings
The Show Reports are recorded as they are received from Show Secretaries. At times, information may be missing from a report form, such as an ear number, a placement, if an animal may have won BIS, etc. Every attempt is made to contact the Show Secretary to retrieve the missing information, however sometimes it is not received after our request. This may make the total number of points shown for an exhibitor or animal incorrect in the current posting. If the information is received, it is immediately added to our files, and will reflect on the next Sweepstakes update.
There are also times when we receive a correction from a Show Secretary, which may alter placements, awards, or points. This may also reflect on the next Sweepstakes update, and could result in less points for a person or animal than appeared previously.
If anyone has questions or concerns at any time, please feel free to contact Norma or Dick and we will look into the situation immediately.

2009 Final Sweepstakes Standings
The current FINAL posting of the Sweepstakes for the 2009 year is accurate and complete. The listing that appeared on the ADRC website prior to the posting of the current listing may have shown more points for a person than they actually had for the 2009 year. With the overlap of the 2009 and 2010 Sweepstakes Years, inadvertently a few 2010 shows were included in the previous posting that should not have been included. If the current listing shows you as having less points than the previous listing did, it is because of the above situation. Again, the current listing for the FINAL 2009 Sweepstakes is accurate and complete.
