American Dutch Rabbit Club Membership Contest

Rules of the contest:

1. The membership contest runs January 1st through December 31st of each year.
2. In order to participate, being a current member of the ADRC, you must be sure that the prospective new member includes your name in the “recommended by” blank of the Application Form.  This will enable the ADRC Secretary to count that new membership under your name.
3. Quarterly recognition in the Dutch Reporter will be given to the top 10 ADRC Membership contest participants that recommend the most new members.
4. The ADRC Member with the most recommended new members will receive a One Year Renewal Membership to the American Dutch Rabbit Club.  This Award will be handed out yearly at the National Dutch Show Banquet.
5. Each Youth, Single, Husband/Wife, and Family membership counts as one membership towards the Membership Contest.
6. This applies to new memberships signed up and not renewals of current members.

Notes:

1. The ADRC Secretary is able to keep track of these participants via computer for easy tracking of the contest and will submit the totals to the Editor of the Dutch Reporter for the quarterly recognition.
2. In each issue of the Dutch Reporter the new member is now listed, in addition there will also be a listing of the ADRC member that recommended that particular new member.
3. This contest is not only a fun way to win a renewal membership to the ADRC but also a great way to promote our Dutch and our National Breed Club with the help of each member.
